Once more our annual Nisimazine organized by NISI MASA in partnership with NISI MASA Estonia has taken place in the context of the Black Nights IFF. At this occasion we joyfully present our participants!

Kristi Seppa (Estonia)

Kristi Seppa is a first timer at Nisimazine POFF – Black Nights Film Festival. Passion for cinema and photography is what influenced Kristi to try herself out as photographer. As a true Estonian in need for some sun, Kristi is looking for some vitamins here in POFF, a light that only cinema can give us.

Liam McGarry (UK)

Liam is a Welsh graduate living in Glasgow. He studied English Language at the University of Glasgow and has recently taken and passed a CELTA Qualification in English Teaching. Silver Oun (Estonia)

Silver Õun(born 1996) likes to do things on his own. After graduating from Tallinn Music High School (specializing on the violin), he decided to study film.  Now he shares his time between working as a waiter, being a father, a freelance film critic and secretly writing scripts of his own. And if he can find some more spare time, he uses it to make films out of his confidential scripts. He hasn’t forgotten his musical background though, as his doings happen to be in music or film or in between.

Sten Kauber (Estonia)

Sten is a freelance translator and a film critic, who has a background in anthropology, ethnology, and theatre studies. Besides writing for Estonian publications, Sten is currently working on fresh forms of film criticism from metacriticism to video reviews.
